Hatha Yoga came into my life like a beautiful wrecking ball. My diet has changed for the better with no striving or sacrifice. Life feels entirely different with cleaned-up senses. I literally feel like I was rebooted with a new operating system. My energy level has gone way up.

Initially I was worried if I will be able to remember all the instructions, but as the program progressed I realised that all that I need to have is a little dedication to go to the class and the rest is handled by the method the Isha teachers use to transmit the yogic sciences.I think there is no other place that offers Classical Hatha Yoga the way it is offered by Isha teachers.
