Online Yoga- Private Sessions

In this Yoga program, learn the time tested Yogic tools from the comfort of your home. These practices will help you enhance your physical and mental well being, bringing the necessary balance, intensity and clarity in you. The key aspects of the program are Yoga, Kriya, Pranayam, Meditation & Healthy Diet.

  • Suitable for anyone who is 14yrs +
  • No prior experience of yoga necessary
  • Pre-registration mandatory
  • No refund after registration
  • Please maintain empty stomach condition before the class. (4 hours gap after full meal, 2.5 hours after light snack & 1.5 hours after a beverage)
