- Surya Kriya
- Yogasanas
- Isha Upa-yoga
- Angamardana
- Surya Shakti
 Program requirement:
- Suitable for anyone who is 7yrs +
- Pre-registration mandatory
- Light stomach condition required to attend session (2.5 hours gap after meals for adults)
