Sarvangasana and Mandukasana
Sarvangasana is known as the queen of asanas. Sarvangasana series involves all major parts of the body, and is known for providing a whole host of health benefits. It is an inverted asana, which works on the principle of reversing the position of our organs, which hang generally due to gravity.
This workshop includes practising the basic Isha Yogasanas sequence and learning the advanced asanas ‘Sarvangasana series’ and ‘Mandukasana’.
Program requirement
- For anyone who has finished learning the Basic Isha Yogasanas sequence ( Patangasana to Matsyendrasana ) and is practising them regularly
- Attendance for all sessions is mandatory
- Pre-registration mandatory
- Please bring your own yoga mat
- Please maintain empty stomach condition before the class. (4 hours gap after full meal, 2.5 hours after light snack & 1.5 hours after a beverage)
