In this 21 day Holistic Yoga program, learn the time tested Yogic tools from the comfort of your home. These practices will help you enhance your physical and mental well being, bringing the necessary balance, intensity and clarity in you. The key aspects of the program are Yoga, Kriya, Pranayam, Meditation & Healthy Diet.
