Merudanda – A Spine-strengthening program

The spine is referred to as the Merudanda or the axis of the universe. 
In yoga, Sadhguru explains, the spine is considered the axis of the universe, as one’s experience of everything in the universe is conducted through the spine.
If you gain a little mastery over the spine, you can control what kind of experience you produce for yourself.
